Video Production Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing: Proficiently create and edit video content, ensuring alignment with our mission and maintaining high-quality standards to engage our audience effectively. This includes creating assets from existing videos, selecting stock b-roll, creating motion graphics, and occasionally filming new footage.
Perform quality control on videos edited by others.
Videography: Assist the camera team during shoots as needed, contributing to the production process by operating cameras.
Act as the gear, studio and shoot location lead:
Lead a project to inventory, sell, buy, repair and organize all our production equipment
Lead equipment and prop planning and set up for shoots
Maintain / repair equipment
Evaluate rigs for improvements
Ensure the studio is clean, well-kept and all equipment is stored properly after shoots
Quality:
Monitor and maintain production quality standards, ensuring that each project and shoot meets or exceeds the desired level of excellence.
Timeline Adherence:
Complete projects within established timelines, tracking progress and hitting all deadlines.
Problem Solving:
Assist in addressing challenges or issues that arise during pre, production and post; find creative solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with talent, directors, producers, and other production team members to ensure the project/shoot meets the desired objectives and standards.
Exemplify effective and quality teamwork.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with copyright and licensing regulations when using music, stock footage, or other external content.
Trends and Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production.
Identify opportunities to incorporate new techniques and technologies into video projects.
Other:
Must be available and willing to assume other assigned work outside of the above keeping a positive, servant-minded attitude toward accomplishing such tasks.
Qualifications:
Alignment with our Statement of Faith and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Regular involvement and service in a local, Bible-believing church.
A strong background in video editing, with proficiency in Davinci Resolve.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and assignments.
Knowledge of industry-standard production equipment, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent work ethic and problem-solving skills.

Hours: Monday-Friday | 8am-4:30pm

Pay: Full-Time = $55-$65K annually
